Embarkation takes place in the late afternoon, followed by your ship setting sail down the historic Beagle Channel, which cuts through the Tierra del Fuego archipelago at the southernmost tip of South America. Feel the excitement build as you set off — the next land you'll see will be the world's southernmost continent!

Days 4 and 5

Your days at sea will be enriched with presentations from your Expedition Team covering topics such as photography, wildlife, glaciology, and history. Between these sessions, you can spend time on deck spotting wildlife or enjoy conversations with fellow passengers over a drink at the bar.

Days 6 to 9

South Shetland Islands and Antarctic Peninsula

Reaching the White Continent often evokes a profound sense of reverence and awe. The experience is indescribable, as few places on Earth remain as pristine and timeless as Antarctica. You'll begin to understand why this region has consistently fascinated explorers and travellers. Each visit to Antarctica offers new and unexpected sights, ensuring your expedition is unique and personally enriching.

Daily, you'll embark on Zodiac excursions from the ship to explore ice-laden bays, channels, and landing sites. Your Expedition Team will guide and assist you at each stop, whether you're hiking the Antarctic landscape, visiting a research station, or interacting with chinstrap, Adélie, and gentoo penguins, which are all common here. Be on the lookout for Weddell, fur, crabeater, and leopard seals, as well as inquisitive whales like humpbacks, minkes, or perhaps orcas during Zodiac cruises. Each journey offers a fresh array of wildlife, providing endless photographic opportunities.

In the tranquil silence of Antarctica, the occasional sounds become unforgettable memories, such as penguins arguing over precious stones or the thunderous crack of glaciers calving.

Every day will be distinct, thoughtfully curated by your Expedition Team to inspire and educate you about this extraordinary part of the world.
