  • Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill - Award-winning Marco Pierre White grings innovative grill cuisine and classic English fare to Abu Dhabi for the first time. Opening times: 6pm-12am.
  • Chameleon - The place to see and be seen! A chic lounge featuring vintage champagnes and signature cocktails. Open 6pm-1am
  • Poolside - Enjoy a cutting-edge menu, blended beverages and cocktails, while overlooking the sun-drenched, azure outdoor swimming pool. Opening times: Bar 9am-7pm, restaurant 11.30am-5.30pm
  • Sport's Cafe - A trendy sport's bar with leather chairs and wooden decor adding a contemporary vibe. Catch every sport playing on the big screens as you enjoy hearty food including huge sandwiches, chile con carne nachos and fish and chips. Opening times: Saturday - Thursday 4pm-2am, Friday 12pm-2am.
  • Cafe Sushi - A laidback Japanese restaurant serving deliciously fresh sushi and sashimi, as well as tasty Japanese favourites such as black cod fish and miso marinade. Opening times: 12pm-4pm, 7pm-11pm.
  • Maison Beirut - A sophisticated and stylish Lebanese restaurant, with a spacious outdoor terrace and live entertainment. Opening times: Saturday-Wednesday 12pm-1am, Thursday 12pm-3.30am, Friday 12pm-1am.

All Inclusive package includes:

  • Breakfast: Buffet at CuiScene Restaurant
  • Lunch: Two course set menu at Pool Side Restaurant or Three course set menu at Marco’s New York Italian
  • Dinner: International Dinner Buffet at CuiScene Restaurant or set menu at Marco’s New York Italian. During the month of Ramadan, Iftar buffet dinner will be served at CuiScene Restaurant.
  • Unlimited service of selected soft and house beverages (beer, wine, and spirits) throughout the day and during the meals from 11 am to 10 pm. During the month of Ramadan, alcoholic beverages are not available at Iftar buffet however Bridges Bar will serve drinks from 4pm to 10pm
  • On Saturdays, if lunch is not consumed at Pool Side Restaurant you can enjoy brunch at no additional cost.
  • If you wish to experience other outlets, a 25% discount is available on food and drinks (excluding minibar and tobacco)

Fairmont Gold Lounge closure

The lounge will be closed from 01-31 August 2024.  During this time those entitled to Gold Lounge benefits will be served breakfast in Cuiscene from 06.30-10.30am weekdays and until 11am at the weekend, afternoon tea in the lobby lounge from 1-3pm, and sundowners in Marco's from 5-7pm (charges apply after 7pm).

Ramadan

The holy month of Ramadan is celebrated every year according to the lunar cycle, and dates will vary. During Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during daylight hours. As a result hotels in the UAE may have strict restrictions on alcohol, food consumption and entertainment between sunrise and sunset. At nightfall these restrictions are lifted and normal eating, drinking and entertainment policies are resumed.

Eid Al Adha celebrates the 'breaking of the fast', and starts with a 24 hour dry day followed by a three day celebration. Eid Al Adha occurs annually and dates will vary.
