Overview

Set a little way south west of Male, Centara Grand Island Resort offers luxurious accommodation and that secluded island paradise location of your dreams. Heavenly palm-fringed beaches are lapped by clear turquoise water & a house reef that is kaleidoscope of colour for snorkellers and in very good condition – it doesn’t get much better.

  • Suan Bua - Perched next to the lotus pond, this cosy restaurant serves up sensational home-style Thai fare, served either in the welcoming dining room or al fresco on the outside terrace. Open 12pm-2.30pm, and 7pm-10pm.
  • Aqua - The cool nautical vibes here offer a more laidback dining experience, serving up light snacks and divine cocktails. Open 9am-12am.
  • Coral Bar & Lounge - A quirky lounge bar infused with colour and fun, boasting pool tables, sand-floor seating areas and views of the pool. It's a great place to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea, great wines and zingy cocktails. Open 9am-12am.
