The accommodation is private and spacious, great for families, couples and friends, the Aleenta Suites are perfect for honeymooners or couples wanting time together. Larger suites are great for families with older children and the hotel welcomes families with a children's club and lots of activities on offer including a paddling pool located away from the main pool to give a dedicated play area for children and ensure tranquility for other guests. Newly added, the stunning restaurant overlooking the beach boasts a contemporary menu and beautiful views of the ocean and is celebrated by connoisseurs. Most of the surrounding area is designated beach or forest conservation land and this is a quiet beach, yet you can walk 10 to 15 minutes along the sometimes deserted beach (or take the complimentary bicycles) and find some local restaurants and a local massage therapist or just stroll hand in hand on the sand watching local fisherman haul in their catch.

Top tip: Aleenta has a sister hotel that has recently opened up, 10 minutes walk north on the same beach, the Akyra Beach Club - here you can find some sophisticated nightlife with a resident DJ spinning tunes while you sip sundowner cocktails and enjoy wood fired pizza.

In Phang Nga.province, just 25 minutes drive from Phuket airport, the hotel is North of Phuket island in a conservation area.

Set on a 17km stretch of the unspoilt Natai Beach, development is restricted here to resorts below 80 rooms and there are no beach umbrellas and vendors to disturb the tranquillity so it is a perfect base for a real recharge of body and mind yet with Phuket island close to hand.
