  • Big Bay Café – A casual yet cool all-day dining restaurant, serving up a wide variety of flavoursome dishes all of which are split into pavilions – Steam, Grill, Chill, Fry, Stew, Dessert Lab and The Nook. The indoor and outdoor seating offers unsurpassable views of Victoria Harbour. Open 6am-10.30am, 12pm-2.30pm and 6pm-10.30pm.
  • Hung Tong – Encapsulating the historical heritage of Hung Hom, this contemporary yet authentic restaurant serves up a decadent Chinese menu alongside classic interiors of vintage-inspired leather chairs and exposed red brick walls. Open 11.30am-2.30pm, and 6pm-10.30pm.
  • Dockyard – This innovative restaurant is a unique dining concept in Hong Kong, fusing quick-service food with a fully serviced bar, all with chic industrial décor and even a foosball table. This restaurant is located at the edge of the hotel and operated separately, but it’s a fantastic place to tuck into Western, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Indian specialities – all served up at nine individual kiosks. From Thursday-Saturday, Dockyard is host to some of the coolest bands in town. Open Monday-Sunday 11am-11pm.
  • Red Sugar – A warm and inviting lounge bar, with industrial-meets-cosy décor beckoning you in to try an array of craft brews, oak barrel-aged cocktails, first-class wines, and a sumptuous bar snack menu. The outdoor terrace graces you with a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. Open Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12am, and Friday-Saturday 4pm-1am.
  • Lobby Lounge – A relaxing space with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a beautiful garden adorned with peaceful water features. This is a great spot to indulge in the traditional Hong Kong foodie scene, with nostalgic local dishes and many Asian-inspired cocktails and teas. Open 8am-12am. Afternoon tea served from 2.30pm-4.30pm.
