El Mirador main buffet restaurant. The Canary Islands are a crossroads of Europe, Africa and the Americas and guests can taste the fusion of these flavours at El Mirador restaurant with entertaining show-cooking sessions during breakfast and dinner. Open 7.30am-10.30am and 7.00pm – 10.00 pm
La Pergola Restaurant. An a la carte restaurant offering a delightful gastronomic experience that satisfies all five senses. Spanish dishes, such as small-plate tapas and paella, are served alongside fresh Canarian seafood, all prepared using culinary science to create a mouth-watering dinning experience. Open 1.00pm – 4.00.pm and dinner Monday- Friday 7.00pm-10.00pm
El Cenador Restaurant. An a la carte restaurant, whose signature dishes include buttery prawns and Canary Island potatoes; Iberian chorizo and grilled scallops. Guests staying in Star Prestige rooms can also enjoy breakfast at the El Cenador restaurant. Open 7.30am-10.30am and Friday to Sunday 7.00pm – 10.00pm
Las Pardelas snack bar. Las Pardelas snack bar offers a selection of fresh salads, delicious sandwiches, wraps, pizza and delightful desserts, all without having to leave the poolside lounger. Open 11.00am -6.00pm
La Tosca music bar. Relax at La Tosca, a light-night bar featuring live piano music, serving cocktails with top-shelf spirits, sangria and hot drinks. Open 10.00.am - midnight
Spa Sensations, thermal circuit with heated hydrodynamic pool, including cold water pool, sensation showers, Turkish bath, floating centre, whirl pool, relaxation area, hot stone banks and massage treatments. Open 10.00am – 7.00pm
Half Board includes buffet-style breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. Guests also receive two a la carte dinners in either the El Cenador Restaurant or La Pergola Restaurant per seven night stay.
