There are a number of great restaurants that celebrate the fabulous locally sourced and reared food that Rovinj is so proud of.
• Enjoy a day out to explore the Rovinj Archipelago’s 14 islands – particularly the much-loved St Andrija with its ancient church and charming lighthouse, and St Katarina to explore the picturesque forests and hidden bays. Many of the islands present a lovely day out away from the crowds.
• If you’re hoping for a dose of culture, take a trip to the Baroque church St Euphemia, perched on a hilltop and giving you the chance to climb to the top of the steeple for panoramic views of Rovinj. Built from 1725-36, this is a fantastic example of Croatia’s history.
