The Landings is a luxurious all villa suite beachfront resort on the north-western coast of St Lucia, offering very spacious apartment-style accommodation with large, fully equipped, designer kitchens. Sitting in an impressive private marina the moored yachts, azure sea and shimmering sunshine over a resplendent backdrop from every room.

Well-suited to couples looking for a modern and stylish place to stay in the Caribbean, the resort is also a great choice for families looking for a partially self-catered holiday – with three-bedroom villas offering ample space for up to six guests. There’s also a great kids club to keep the younger ones entertained and a fun Teen's programme for ages 13-16yrs.

Those looking for simple relaxation will find a soft sandy beach with plenty of sun loungers as well as a spa tucked in the resort’s main lobby building. But those looking for a little more adventure will enjoy being a stone’s throw from Rodney Bay, where you can sample a range of restaurants, shops and bars or head down to the Jump Up for a lively Friday night, plus Pigeon Island National Park for a range of nature and adventure activities.

Sitting a short distance from Rodney Bay and Gros Islet, The Landings enjoys views out onto the Caribbean Sea and over Pigeon Island National Park. From the restaurant deck you can faintly make out the tempting rhythms from Friday night’s Jump Up party at Gros Islet. It is well worth venturing down, and your proximity makes it easy to enjoy.

There is a total of 100 spacious one, two and three bedroom luxury villa suites, with Ocean, Beachfront or Marina views, all featuring:

The following room types are available - in each case, one bedroom villa suites accomodate up to two adults and one child, two bedrooms villa suites accommodate up to four adults and one child, and three bedrooms villa suites accommodate up to six adults and one child*:

  • Marina View Suites – looking out onto the pretty marina, these suites are available with one, two or three bedrooms – some with hot tub plunge pools. These suites range from 127-247 sqm.
  • Grand Marina View Suite – very large three bedroom suites with a private hot tub plunge pool, with over 320 sqm
  • Ocean View Suite – these suites enjoy stunning ocean views, available with one, two or three bedrooms.  These villa suites include Butler service, and two & three bedroom villa suites have plunge pool options.  These suites range from 174-249 sqm.
  • Grand Ocean View Suite – impressive three bedroom suites with a private hot tub plunge pool, sleeping up to up to 7 adults and 1 child *, with over 320 sqm.
  • Beach Front Suite – in the finest position directly on the beachfront, available with one, two or three bedrooms.  These villa suites include Butler service, and two & three bedroom villa suites have plunge pool options. These suites range from 175-248 sqm.

  • The complimentary Landings Kid’s Club features a range of fun and educational activities including language classes, scavenger hunts, fishing, video games and arts & crafts as well as picnic trips to Pigeon Island, bay fishing, kite flying and outdoor games.  Open 9am-5pm, for ages 3-12 years
  • The Teens Programme for 13-16 years has a great range of activities such as teen spa treatments, mocktail making, kayal racing, dance classes, silent disco and beach olympics (some activities incure a supplement and may need reservations).

In-room dining is accompanied by a delivery charge of US $10; there will be no charge for any of the items included in the all-inclusive plan.

Please note there is a mandatory Tourism Levy of US$6.00 per person, per night for adults 18 and older, and $3.00 per person, per night for guests 12-17 years old.  This will be collected by the hotel either upon check in or check out.
