There are three categories of Guest Rooms:

Standard Room – 527sq ft, facing towards the beach and sea with resort views. Private terrace, spa inspired bathroom and options to connect king and double queen rooms

Beachside Room – 527sq ft, located on the ground floor closest to the beach with views of Banana Bay. Each room has a private terrace, spa inspired bathroom and walk in closet. These rooms can connect to each other or to a Beachside suite

Ocean View Room – 527 sq ft, located on the second floor. The sea view rooms boast views of the Caribbean Sea and Banana Bay. Each room has a private balcony, spa inspired bathroom with separate tub and shower and walk in closet. These rooms can connect to each other or to a sea view suite

And the following categories of Suites:

Beachside Suite: 678 sq ft, king bedded suite located on the ground floor with divided sleeping and relaxation areas. These suites enjoy views of the beach and each has a private terrace, separate tub and walk in shower.

Ocean View suite: 678 sq ft, king bedded suite offering both lounge and sleeping areas. The sea view suites have views over Banana Bay and the Caribbean Sea. Each suite has a private balcony, spa inspired bathroom with an oversized tub, rain shower and walk in closet. These suites can connect to a Sea View king or double room.

Plunge Pool Rooftop Suite: 678sq ft, king bedded suite with private plunge pool, relaxation terrace and spa inspired bathrooms. The top floor Nevis Peak suites are flooded with sunlight and boast breath-taking views of the Caribbean Sea and the neighbouring cloud-capped Nevis island.

Plunge Pool Rooftop Deluxe Suite: 775sq ft, king bedded suite with private plunge pool, sun terrace and spa inspired bathrooms. Each suite has separate sleeping and lounge areas and enjoy views over the narrow straits between St Kitts and Nevis

Penthouse Suite: 1119sq ft, duplex level suite featuring a king bed and indoor lounge on the entry floor. The top floor of the suite features a private swimming pool, sun deck and relaxation area, suitable for entertaining fellow travellers. This suite enjoys spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and neighbouring island of Nevis

Presidential Villa: 5210 sq ft, three bedroom private Presidential villa located in an intimate position within the resort on the edge of Banana Bay. Accommodations comprise of one master bedroom, a king bedroom, a king bedded guest rooms and a double queen bedded room. The villa features a private roof top swimming pool and lounge and sunken couches. A private gymnasium and games room provide shelter from the Caribbean sunshine. Meals can be prepared by your private chef in the kitchen and a dedicated butler will take care of all requirements

The Great house & Stone Barn – Reflective of the former plantations, The Great house is at the heart of Park Hyatt St Kitts. The great house offers both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and features Fleming’s Bar which is the resorts main bar, Tots Rum Bar, a herb garden and a conservatory serving afternoon tea. The Great House is also the location of the resort concierge and it features a library with board games

The Fisherman’s village – created to reflect the small huts and berths found in the villages that once lined the coastline of St Kitts. The fisherman’s Village at Park Hyatt St Kitts offers an ‘ocean to table’ dining experience for both lunch and dinner
