  • Junior Suite Poolside – Located near the pool, featuring a hydromassage bathtub, a sofa bed, and a furnished terrace. Sleeps up to three adults and one child.
  • Romance Villa Suite Poolside – For adults only. These romantic suites are steps from the pool, featuring a hydromassage bathtub, a Mayan-style outdoor shower, and a large terrace with a hammock and sitting area. Sleeps two adults.
  • Connecting Suite – Two junior suites can connect to create a large space for a family. Featuring a sofa bed and a furnished terrace in each of the two rooms. Sleeps up to six adults and two children.

  • Black & White Junior Club – A cool space for teens, with pool tables, a ping-pong table, air hockey, and more.
  • Real Madrid Football Clinic – For girls and boys aged 6-14 years old, and led by coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation. This 5-day training club lasts five days, with a one and a half hour training session each day. Usually hosted late July to early August – we advise checking before booking if your little ones want to join.

 

  • Zentropia Spa - A wellness centre with a hydrotherapy circuit including an ice room, sauna, steam room, hot and cold Jacuzzis, and organic clay masks. Also offering soothing treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, and vegan treatments.

Please be advised that from 10th August - 15th December 2024 the swimming pools at sister resort Grand Palladium White Sands Resorts and the Isla Palladium Travel Club pool will be closed for maintenance. 
Work will also be taking place at La Laguna restaurant at White Sands Resort, and El Dorado steak house and La Adelita will be closed until 15th November, and the theatre closed until 6th December
This does not impact any facilities within this resort, and other facilities at the sister resorts continue to be available for use.
