There are two styles of room design to choose from:

Ritz Carlton Rooms - These suites and rooms are situated in the traditional buildings of the resort, with established Rose Hall Estate furnishings and decor:

• Zilara King or Double Room – Traditional rooms with views of the gardens and courtyards from the private terrace, sleeps up to four people.
• Zilara Ocean View Room – Spacious rooms with luxury bathroom amenities, a large furnished balcony, and breath-taking views. Sleeps up to four people.
• Zilara Ocean Front Double – Large rooms with fresh décor, sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, and direct access to the beach. These rooms also feature access to Hyatt Club Level facilities, and sleep up to four people.
• Zilara Swim-Up Room – Huge, romantic rooms with a secluded plunge pool on the furnished terrace, sleeping up to four people. Only guests 13+ can stay in swim-up suites.
• Zilara One Bedroom Ocean View Suite with Butler – Expansive suites with a separate living room and bedroom, plus Premium Club-Level amenities and a private Butler. Sleeps up to four people.
• Zilara Ocean Front Grand Butler Suite – Intimate suites featuring a king-bed facing panoramic views of the ocean, plus a terrace and Premium Club-Level and Butler amenities. Maximum of four guests can stay in this suite.          
• Zilara One Bedroom Ocean Front Suite with Butler – Comfortable suites sitting on the resort’s waterfront edge, with enchanting views, direct access to the beach, a Butler service, and Premium Club-Level features. Great for up to four people.

Junior Suites - These suites are located in the newly built block, with funky, ultra-modern decor:   

• Zilara Junior Suite – Relaxed suites with modern furnishings and a large terrace with gorgeous views, sleeping up to four people.
• Zilara Ocean View Junior Suite – Contemporary suites offering fantastic views of the ocean from the stylish, fully furnished terrace. Holds up to four guests.
• Zilara Ocean Front Junior Suite – These lavish suites have the best views from the property, with Premium Club-Level amenities, including two regularly stocked mini bars and luxury bathroom features.  You can even book this suite with a Butler, who will pack and unpack for you, as well as offering custom dining and serving drinks. Maximum occupancy is four guests.
• Zilara Swim-Up Junior Suite – Chic suites featuring a terrace plunge pool, a separate living area with entertainment centre, and Premium Club-Level and Butler services for up to four guests
