Scheduled Maintenance

Insulation works
From 1st May to early November 2024, Hilton La Romana will be conducting insulation work on the air conditioning pipes across various buildings within the adults-only and family resorts. While this work is necessary to ensure optimal guest comfort in the long term, they anticipate that there may be some noise, particularly in the specific buildings/floors where the work is being carried out.

Restaurant Roof maintenance
From 30th August - 31st October 2024, Spice Market Buffet at Hilton La Romana Family and Noor a la carte restaurant will undergo work on the roof. The buffet will be available for guests to enjoy at an alternate location during this time. The Mediterranean menu will be served at a different location, with two a la carte restaurant menus being alternated ensuring that all options can be enjoyed.
The roof work will only take place during the day and noise will be minimal.

The resort management will do their best to keep disruptions to a minimum to ensure they provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests.
