Eating, drinking and enjoying the nightlife in the British Virgin Islands
Eating
Fish and seafood are a big part of the British Virgin Island (BVI) diet. There are a number of great restaurants, mainly concentrated onto Tortola, Jost van Dyke and Virgin Gorda. Most styles of food are available, but for a taste of the BVIs, try the national dish: fish and fungi.
Drinking and Nightlife
On Tortola, Road Town is definitely the party capital. There’s often live music plus a number of bars and clubs open into the night. Also check out the Full Moon Party for a really wild night. Be sure to get your fill of the local rums – they are superb.
