Overview

The spectacular all inclusive Crystal Cove resort is set in the breath-taking tropical paradise of Barbados. Situated on a beach cliff on the West Coast, there’s plenty to explore here, both within the resort and further afield. Spend your days lounging in one of the three lagoon-style pools or take advantage of the great selection of water sports on offer, including snorkelling and windsurfing. Want to see more of Barbados? Staff can help arrange tours or experiences around the island, such as safaris or tours of the historical landmarks – we particularly love the glass-bottomed boat rides which offer a glimpse of the fantastic marine life found here.

Crystal Cove provides two restaurants with varied menus, or themed nights for something a little different. For a truly memorable experience head to the Cave bar, where you can swim through a dramatic waterfall and sip a cocktail in the refreshingly cool waters. There are water taxis available to the resort’s sister properties, or you can enjoy the regular live evening entertainment held on-site, in the form of calypso, jazz or Caribbean-inspired music. If you’re travelling with youngsters, the kid’s club is packed with fun activities for them to enjoy.

Top tip: The resort holds complimentary classes in various subjects, from cake decorating to mixology, which are great fun and well worth trying out.

Reflections - The resort’s signature restaurant, Reflections is set beside the poolside with breath-taking ocean views. Serving an appetising selection of international buffet dishes and a la carte cuisine in a refreshing open-air setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Exciting themed nights offer an eclectic diversity of flavours throughout the week, featuring authentic international fare.  Breakfast served from 7:30am to 10am, Lunch from 12:30pm to 2pm, Dinner from 7pm to 9pm

Drifters Beach Bar and Restaurant  Offering a casual, open-air setting beside the sublime beach, Drifters specialises in flavourful Caribbean cuisine with themed menu options which blend regional island spices and recipes. Lunch is presented in the form of a mouth-watering buffet, and enjoy delectable a la carte options for dinner.   Open daily from 10am to 6pm.  Afternoon tea served from 4pm to 5pm, Dinner served from 7pm to 9:30pm

The Cave Bar - Named one of the top swim-up bars in the world, this scenic spot is set behind a dramatic waterfall with submerged seats, serving a delicious range of refreshing beverages and hand-crafted cocktails; dry service is also available.  Open daily from 10am to 11:45pm.  24-hour self-service coffee station available, alongside fresh bread and pastries served in the morning (6am to 7am)

Vista Coffee & Wine Bar - Boasting impressive panoramic views over the shimmering sea, Vista is a charming lounge which serves an extensive selection of signature lattes, coffees, refreshing drinks and afternoon tea, as well as red and white wines which can be paired with savoury tapas and light bites in the evening.  Open from 2pm to 11pm.  Wine and tapas served from 6pm to 10pm.

To dine between the hotels, guests simply need to speak with the Front Desk of the hotel where they are staying in order to make dining reservations at the other property.

Elegant Hotels renovation programme
Crystal Cove will be undergoing renovation from 1st February 2025 with a planned reopening on 1st February 2026.  The resort will be fully closed throughout.
Upon reopening Crystal Cove will be part of Marriott's Tribute Portfolio® Hotels.
